Easy S’mores, All Indoors

Happy Tuesday, or Wednesday depending on where you live in this big beautiful world.

If you’re currently experiencing summer, any anywhere near where we live in New Orleans, you’re probably being overrun by mosquitoes, Japanese beetles, and termites. It isn’t fun to spend time outside at night, even with all the fans and Citronella candles you can find in your barren-shelved grocery stores. Add the totally miserable stress of living during a very challenging time and being under quarantine doesn’t help one bit, as you earn to escape.

Surrounded with this dilemma, and craving the most indulgent of desserts to fight depression, we came up with a very easy way to put us in a good mood. Enter s’mores that anyone can make. Well, anyone with an oven can make them. They’re simple enough that we’re not doing a recipe card for this article. Follow these easy steps.

  1. Buy graham crackers, chocolate bars, and marshmallows.
  2. Pre-heat oven to whatever really.
  3. Construct s’mores.
  4. Heat for way less time than you’d expect. Trust us… burnt graham crackers are disgusting.

That is all. S’mores indoors. They taste nearly as good; even better if you don’t like the taste of campfire or smoke. They might be exactly what you need to turn that frown upside down. Warning: They are very filling. Do not make too many. You might explode. (Not a doctor.)

Stay hungry and fit!
