We had a great, busy weekend, with the grand finale being Disneyland!

Keeping yourself healthy is one thing while keeping your body sexy and firm is another thing. Achieving these goals will really require a lot of hard work and patience. If you really want to get that sexy and healthy body, then simple workout routines won’t do the magic. You will have to target specific parts of your body and their muscles, while slowly toning and firming them. Luckily, with this write-up, you won’t have to worry about toning the gluteus maximus muscles of your butt as we will provide you with the 3 best squat exercises for you.
All of those who already go to the gym know that squat routines are the best workout exercises to train thighs and butts and make the muscles firmer. It is also the simplest and easiest workout routine to learn. With many variations developed throughout the years, squats have truly been proven and tested as the best routine for our glutes.
With the 3 squat workouts that will be explained below, you will be able to focus on the training and toning of your glutes.

Sometimes, you don’t have time to go to the gym. Maybe you don’t even subscribe to a gym. Heck, maybe you don’t even have your own equipment to work out with at home. That’s okay! You don’t need a ton of equipment to get a workout in. All you need is a jump rope, a can-do attitude, and enough room to jump around in. So, for those days, I created an at-home circuit for you to do whenever, wherever (sing it, Shakira).

Having a full-time job (does that ever actually mean only 40 hours a week?) and getting the proper amount of exercise in your week often don’t quite match up. Most times, the job gets the better of you and you either don’t have enough time in the morning or you’re too exhausted after work to get one in. We’d much rather plomp down on the couch than find some shred of willpower to get our body moving. We partnered with Quill to bring you this helpful infographic which shows you how to get exercise even with a hectic work schedule. If you click on it, there’s also a great article about it on their website.

Since we live over on the West side of Los Angeles near Culver City now, it changes our “natural habitat.” When we used to live in West Hollywood, I would do Runyon Canyon all the time. Now, our go-to weekend spot is Will Rogers. However, there’s a great workout spot in Culver City-ish called the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook (also known as the Culver City Stairs). It’s a huge piece of land, with multiple sports fields, a dog park, play structures, rock wall, overlook areas, a museum, and a big ass hill. I’ve been going there for that big ass hill. It’s an incredible workout and just a 12 minute drive from our apartment.

It’s time to get fit and fabulous. Being healthy (or hungry) and fit should not only be just a New Year’s Resolution. It should be part of your daily routine. This can be a challenge at times so we all need some motivation to get up and exercise. If you’re among those struggling to stay on top of your fitness routine, then get your dose of fitspiration and motivation from these fitness users on Instagram.

Anabolic Co reached out to us and wanted to feature Hungry in their Personal Trainer Showcase. They decided on a fun and fitting title for the piece, “Hear and Feel the Thunder When You Train with Chris Tucci.” If you’ve been one of my clients in the past, you know that sounds just right. There might be a little lightning too. They’re a fun company because they like to target trainers from all over the world, not just the United States. Therefore, if you check out some of their other trainer showcases, you might be able to find more sources for information and motivation.

Hungry & Fit is all about finding a lifestyle that allows you to be happy and healthy. There are thousands of different forms of exercise that allow you to develop your body, mind, and spirit, but there are few that have done this for thousands of years. Martial arts can be tracked back to the most ancient civilizations and, as a result, they have been developed to a level where they provide growth in all three of those areas: body, mind, and spirit.
While there are now thousands of different martial arts that are being practiced throughout the world, many of them share similar ideas since many stem from the same tree. Our friends at Warrior Punch have put together an amazingly attractive and understandable infographic (you know we love smart art!) that will help you quickly and easily realize many of the benefits of practicing martial arts.
