We have finally produced the second meditation in our meditation series! It’s a Hungry & Fit team effort–Fit writes and records the meditations and Hungry edits the video and adds effects. So we finally collaborated and got ‘er done and we’re quite happy with the result! You don’t need to watch the video, you just need to listen to it.
This one is about finding your breath and getting a little escape. The first part of the video will guide you through different breathing techniques such as counting your breath and nostril breathing. Then, Fit wrote up something special for you–a visualization. What is a visualization? Basically, we invite you to get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be transported elsewhere. It’s like a story you imagine going through, but all peaceful. When Fit taught meditation classes, this was a favorite of her students.
