  1. Jelly Beans – As we all know, vegetarians struggle to consume an adequate amount of protein. For these non-meat eaters, beans are one of the best sources of protein. Unfortunately, beans can be quite bland and often require a significant amount of condiments to make them tasty. Luckily, there is one kind of bean you can find in nature that not only provides the right nutrients, but also an amazing taste. Jelly beans are the best of both worlds.
  2. Cotton Candy – There are so many diets that are trending right now and many of them focus on consuming strictly fat and protein. Carbohydrates are, however, the best source of energy for endurance athletes. Carbohydrates are easily converted into useable energy in the human body, and what better way to get carbs in your body than through simple sugars? Tell me a better way to consume simple sugars than by just eating cotton candy, which is basically sugar wrapped in sugar wrapped in sugar.
  3. Ice Cream – A balanced diet is a complete diet. Why bother cutting out protein, carbs or fats when they all provide significant health benefits? Unfortunately, there are few foods out there that have a reasonable amount of all three, and still taste good. Ice cream, made from milk, has plenty of all of those nutrients and tastes great. Plus, if you want it to taste even better, you can add chocolate syrup or nuts, which are also very high in protein.
