If the name, Kaeng Raeng, sounds familiar, it’s because we did an awesome cleanse with them (plus a giveaway) back in 2014. This was a hit with us and with you guys! We’re here to tell you about another great product coming from this great company. What I love the most about Kaeng Raeng is that they’re all about the natural. Natural ingredients, natural lifestyle, natural health. They don’t give you a magic pill to lose all your fat. These are healthy ingredients to spur a healthy lifestyle–it’s as simple as that. The Daily Green Energy contains 12 fruits and vegetables, ginger to help settle the stomach, caffeine-free energy (thank goodness, because too much caffeine does not make my body happy), pea protein, and probiotic cultures. Did we mention that it’s all soy-free and vegan to boot? These little packets (I mixed them with almond milk) were incredibly helpful right before the wedding, when I didn’t feel like eating much, but knew I needed my protein, energy, and vitamins. With each pouch comes 7g protein and 80 calories. It goes down fairly well, it really depends on what you add into it. You could throw it into the blender with fruit, juice, vegetables, milk–whatever is your style! It can be slightly gritty, but for what you’re getting, it is tasty!
These packets are just $4 a pop and I would say they’re worth it. You can take them at the start of your day, before your workout, after your workout, or at the end of the day.
