Everything You Need to Know Before Buying Pills Online

Before ordering sex pills online, make sure you know the risks involved. Here are 7 things to know before buying sexual enhancement pills from online stores.

Did you know that back in 1995, more than 150 million men suffered from erectile dysfunction?

That’s right!

What’s more, the World Health Organization projects this to double to 320 million by 2025!

What’s even worse is that one in four males younger than 40 now suffers from ED too. This proves that “flaccidity” or “limpness” is no longer just an “aging” problem.

With so many people affected by sexual dysfunction, it’s no wonder that the market is now full of sex pills. Some claim to work in under 30 minutes, while others promise “long-lasting” fun.

And while some of these do work, many others carry serious potential risks.

So, which ones should you try and which ones should you completely ditch? And what are the risks of trying OTC male enhancement supplements?

4 Sleep Disorders That Can Be Treated With the Power of Technology

We’ve heard many times that technology is bad for our sleep. We definitely agree that this is sometimes the case. For example, using your laptop or smartphone right before bedtime can affect the quality of sleep because of the blue light emitted by these devices.

Sadly, research shows that around 95% of people use technology within an hour before bed.

However, technology can also help us improve both the quantity and the quality of our sleep. Scientists around the world work tirelessly night and day to develop intelligent technological solutions that can combat common sleep disorders.

Here is a list of the most incredible ones we have found. If you suffer from any of these sleep problems, make sure to test the solutions.

Spring Cleaning (Marie Kondo)

Every season (even though we don’t really have seasons here in Los Angeles), we clean! I think mostly everyone has heard of spring cleaning, where the stereotypical American family empties out their garage, attic, basement and closets onto the driveway and gets rid of everything they don’t need via garage sale. The weather is nice, so it makes sense. I feel like we did something like that growing up. Now, we do this with the turn of every season, as we’ve gotten rid of more stuff/junk/crap over the years.

Welcome to Our New Home!

As some of you may know, we’ve been planning on moving to New Orleans, Louisiana. We wanted to find a place that could match the cultural strength of Los Angeles… with A LOT less people, and traffic. Alana loved NOLA/The Big Easy/The Crescent City after helping out when Hurricane Katrina hit. She always wanted to take me there and we finally visited for the first time during their Tricentennial, which was early last year. She was worried that I wouldn’t enjoy their drinking culture, but I didn’t mind. Sure, the tourists on Bourbon Street were annoying, but the locals on Frenchmen Street were great! I didn’t have my trombone with me, but if I did, I surely would’ve joined their impromptu marching band at midnight.

Fuel Up Like Gronk: Chris Gronkowski’s Guide to Protein Shakes

[Please enjoy a guest article from former NFL player, Chris Gronkowski!]

Why Should You Drink Protein Shakes?

No matter your workout goals, protein shakes are beneficial to your diet and your exercise routine. If you’re looking to build more muscle, upping your protein intake stimulates your muscle growth. Proteins are made up of amino acids, which are essential to building muscles, so drinking protein shakes throughout the day will amp up this process.

For those looking to lose weight, protein shakes can be a healthy meal replacement that will ensure you get enough protein while decreasing your calorie intake. Losing weight involves eating a healthy diet and burning off more calories than you consume. Replacing your breakfast with a protein shake is an excellent way to fuel up for the day during a diet.

Hungry’s New Morning Routine

Who wakes up before 8 am? Who wakes up before 7 am? 6 am? How about 5 am? I know that we have readers of all ages on the blog, and while everyone is unique, there are certain populations who tend to sleep in more than others. For as long as we’ve been together, our alarms are usually set for 5:30 am. We like to walk Noke before other people are outside and get our day started. Recently, a few changes have led me to set that alarm an hour earlier.

I’ve been waking up at 4:30 am.
