Easy Protein Ball Recipe

Yesss! Another easy, delicious protein recipe! These are some of my favorite snacks. I snagged this protein ball recipe from Carrots n Cake, one of my favorite fitness bloggers. I love this protein ball recipe because it’s customizable. You can use any protein powder you want, you can add any spice you desire, you can add hemp seeds, or almond butter, or whatever! Then, you just keep them in the fridge and they’re a great quick pop-in-the-mouth snack. This helps keep you away from the unhealthy snacks. People usually eat unhealthy snacks because they tend to be a lot easier. Sometimes, healthy snacks take a while to make, or you really have to think about it, or it’s inconvenient. Having this in the fridge can be a lifesaver!

  1. 1 cup oats
  2. 1/4 cup nut butter (the creamier, the easier it is to mix)
  3. 1/4 cup honey
  4. 1/4 cup protein powder
  5. 1 tbsp chia seeds
  1. Mix everything together except for the oats.
  2. Slowly mix in the oats until it’s compact. It may be a little dry and if it is, you don’t need to use the full cup of oats.
  3. Form into balls and place into tupperware with lid to chill in the fridge.
  4. Enjoy!

These bites are super delicious and I try to always have a stash of them in the fridge. It helps in a pinch, but also, they’re just plain delicious. You only need a few ingredients, mix ’em together, and–poof–you’re done. I love how easy it is and how yummy they are. You know you’re getting good nutrition from these and there’s no mystery to them.
