New Guidelines for Guest Posts

We could probably send an email out to all of the partners we currently work with, but with dozens of new requests every week, that wouldn’t do much good. Instead, we’re hoping that this short post might find its way into their line of sight and get a very clear message across. HERE are the other guidelines.

From now on, you must provide an image, with an image source, when you are submitting a guest article.

BizEatz: Helping the Traveling Professional Eat Healthy

Here at Hungry & Fit, we are always encouraging and promoting companies that seek to make the world a healthier place. That’s why we are featuring BizEatz, a company focused on helping business travelers eat healthy. A good portion of the workforce, especially in corporate, travel frequently. That means unstable and unreliable meal sources that usually end up not being very healthy. BizEatz recognized this problem and sought out a way to improve traveling professionals’ experience of eating on the move.

Meet BizEatz. A platform that connects healthy food to professionals, whichever city they might be in. I actually partook in the product a few months ago when I traveled and it worked great for me. Instead of indulging on french fries and grilled cheese, I had nutritious meals at my disposal. Before I go on and blab about how it works, I’ll let the Founder himself, Adrian Lai, take over. Hungry & Fit interview Adrian about his company, BizEatz. Enjoy!

Frostbeard Studio Candles: Coziness You Can Smell

My friends at work make fun of me all the time for my new-found love of candles. Well, maybe not that I just love candles, but my weird rules that I make up for using them. I like different candles for different seasons (usually just centered around Fall and Winter), but I also don’t put a candle away until it’s done–I must burn it all the way through! I had underestimated my winter candle’s length of burning time and I was two weeks late for my Spring candle I’ve been so excited about (weird, I know). I recently got into candles in the past year. I started out with normal candles you’d find at Marshall’s or whatnot, but I found a wealth of more fun-themed candles online. These include nerdy candles (duh, have you ever met me?!). I’ve found a particularly excellent collection over at Frostbeard Studio.
