New Guidelines for Guest Posts

We could probably send an email out to all of the partners we currently work with, but with dozens of new requests every week, that wouldn’t do much good. Instead, we’re hoping that this short post might find its way into their line of sight and get a very clear message across. HERE are the other guidelines.

From now on, you must provide an image, with an image source, when you are submitting a guest article.

Review: Influencer Marketing for Dummies

The science, logic, and technique into marketing brands always fascinates me. It can be a lot of work. But, brilliant people also make amazing decisions in which one line of text or one photo sends their brand booming. It seems like alchemy when you think you just have to pour a little bit more of this to this and then just then will you have the perfect marketing material or entrance into social media. I was given a copy of Influencer Marketing for Dummies to review by CleverGirls, and I can honestly say that it was fascinating. It provides a “backward” view of what we do here every day.

Work with Us!

Happy Tuesday (at least in Colorado)! We just wanted to send out a short post letting you know that we have (finally) put up our official “Work with Us” page. You can find it by clicking hereWe wanted to write up an official page to make it easier for others to work with us and find us in order to establish opportunities and so forth. You will find our contact information and various options of what we are open to (anything from food to fitness to travel to nerdy stuff!). And besides…who wouldn’t want to work with us?!? (See below picture…yikes)

We also updated our “Contact Us” page where you can find every which way to contact or follow us be it instagram to email to YouTube. Click here to see that page. We would love to hear from you in whatever you have to say! We are all ears! So please stop by those pages and give it a looksie.

As per our workouts this week thus far, we have stayed pretty true! I did legs and went for my run and Chris was able to get his back workout in. Trying to keep up the good work! And as always…stay hungry and fit!

  • Question of the Day: What did you workout Monday?

Facebook: Come Like Us!

Since the conception and foundation of Hungry & Fit, we have worked hard to expand our reach to more and more people through various ways. Although we are nowhere near content with our progress, we are excited to announce that our Facebook page is officially ready to go. It might be rather skeletal and boring but it’s another work in progress.

It’s similar to the Twitter and YouTube accounts that have not quite yet picked up as a result of our lack of effort. The YouTube is one that haunts me everyday since I have been on YouTube for so long. We are currently working with a start up company called NationBuilder in order to tie together all of our branches so that we can manage them together and keep things sync-ed. We also have our Bodyspace accounts on Bodybuilding.com but that’s less of a business related and more of a personal thing. All of this information can be found on our “Nation” page.

Facebook is an international social media entity that is a great way to stay in touch with individuals from all over the world. Although it is not a tool that we have personally used for the past three or four years, I still have my friends on it and have used it to spread the word about Hungry & Fit. So if you are on Facebook, please friend “King Tucci” in order to find out more about Hungry & Fit! Every and all likes towards our page will be appreciated and hopefully returned!

Keep an eye out for our YouTube channel’s latest additions and Facebook page if you are interested in staying hungry and fit!

YOU PICK! H&F Logos

Happy Weekend, our fellow bloggers and followers! This is a post where we leave our fate up to you. Our graphic designer, Amanda Grzymala, has come up with some truly brilliant logos here for us at Hungry and Fit. But there’s a problem…we like them all too much to decide! So we leave it here for our fans, our followers, our fellow bloggers, friends, and family. Pick A, B, or C! Enjoy.

I know, I know–they’re all great. That’s our problem. We figure that enough feedback will help us decide. Sorry for the short post, but you’re helping us out here! As always…stay hungry and fit!

Exciting Changes and Renovations

Some of you might have noticed while some of you may not have. We hope that you have because recently we have been putting more time into Hungry & Fit’s website to make it better. You might have noticed the overall change in format, addition of colors, change of fonts and some new options on the home page. We have also added many pages that are somewhat lacking but will be getting filled out in the near future.

The about page is obviously the same for now and has very short bios about our family. The credentials page is a professional page for our business partners and interested clients that want to see what makes us worth their time and money. The giveaways page is a new feature where we give one or more new prizes away every month. Sometimes, it will be to random individuals and sometimes we will offer contests. Check now to see the contest to get Moosejaw red sunglasses. They are really nice and comfortable and have great UV protection.
