Yes, this is Hungry and Fit. But sometimes, it can just be Hungry and not Fit. This is the case with this recipe. It’s not too bad, just a lot of butter, but not a copious amount of sugar. As you know, we recently moved and I wanted to test out the oven (the oven at our old place was awful). So I knew what Hungry would want…some good old fashion chocolate chip cookies. So after a little searching, I found the perfect chocolate chip cookies recipe. Soft, light, and gooey. Excuse me, I’m drooling. Eat up!!
Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F and grease up a baking sheet
- Beat butter and sugars together until creamy
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt
- Should be a almost crumbly dough
- Spoon up the batter into 12 balls or so
- Bake for 9-12 minutes (even if they don't look done, take them out)
